Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need coding knowledge to use WOOHL
No. WOOHL is designed for non-technical users. Just paste 3 environment variables into your Vue.js project and you’re live.
Yes. WOOHL keeps WooCommerce as your backend, so your Products, Categories, Orders, Coupon system, Taxes, Shipping and Plugins (Elementor, Yoast, CF7, etc.) all continue working exactly the same.
No — it improves it. WOOHL gives you faster load times, SEO-friendly URLs, better Core Web Vitals, and a higher Google PageSpeed score. This improves rankings rather than hurting them.
Yes. Checkout is still handled by WooCommerce for full compatibility, but displayed through a modern, fast Vue.js UI.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account.
Your WooCommerce store will still work normally. Only the frontend created through WOOHL will stop receiving access and your hosted storefront will go offline. You’ll be able to switch back to your WordPress theme at any time.
No. Hosting is fully included in your plan. We deploy and host your Vue.js storefront — you just add the 3 environment variables and you’re live.
WooCommerce checkout, payment gateways, and order emails stay on your WordPress URL. Vue sends shoppers there for payment — typically https://secure.example.com/checkout.
Yes. Use any hostname for Vue; keep WordPress on a dedicated secure subdomain and update .env and CORS accordingly.
No. WooCommerce is the store engine on the secure site; Woohl adds the Vue storefront and plugin layer.
Your Vue.js storefront is deployed and hosted on WOOHL’s infrastructure as part of your paid plan. You do not need a separate Server, Render, or VPS account. You still add your 3 environment variables (your WooCommerce URL and API keys) — we handle the server, CDN, SSL, and deployment. If you prefer to host the storefront on your own server instead, we can also provide you with the complete deployment package so you can set it up on your own infrastructure.
