Terms of Service

Last updated:

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By creating an account or using WOOHL (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to bind it.

2. Definitions

"WOOHL Software" means the Vue.js storefront code, the WOOHL WordPress plugin, and related materials we provide. "Your Store" means your WooCommerce/WordPress installation. "Subscription" means your paid plan.

3. The Service

WOOHL provides a headless Vue.js storefront that connects to your existing WooCommerce backend.

Your plan includes hosting of your Vue.js storefront on our infrastructure, together with a global CDN and SSL. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where an SLA is expressly agreed (Enterprise).

4. License to the WOOHL Software

Subject to these Terms and an active Subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the WOOHL Software for one WooCommerce store per license. You may not: resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software; remove proprietary notices; or use it to build a competing product. The Software is licensed, not sold — we retain all intellectual property in it.

5. Subscriptions, billing & renewal

The Professional plan is billed at $99/month via Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges. Prices may change with prior notice, effective at your next renewal. You're responsible for any applicable taxes (e.g. GST). Enterprise pricing is set by separate agreement.

6. What happens when your subscription ends

You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

When your subscription ends, we stop hosting your storefront and your custom domain will no longer serve the WOOHL frontend. Your WooCommerce backend is unaffected and remains fully yours.

7. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for your WooCommerce backend, your content, your store's legal compliance (including your own store's privacy/refund terms and tax obligations), keeping your credentials secure, and maintaining any WordPress/WooCommerce versions we specify as compatible.

8. Acceptable use

You won't use the Service for anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, to transmit malware, to attempt to breach or overload our systems, or to sell prohibited goods. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

9. Intellectual property

All rights in the WOOHL Software, brand, and site belong to us or our licensors. Feedback you send us may be used freely to improve the Service.

10. Third-party services

WOOHL works alongside WordPress, WooCommerce, and payment providers such as Razorpay. We're not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms.

11. Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PageSpeed and performance figures are typical results, not guarantees, and depend on your store's configuration, images, and third-party plugins.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOOHL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. On termination, the license in §4 ends per §6.

14. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
