How to request a refund

Include your account or store, and — optionally — what didn’t work. Feedback helps us improve, but it’s not required.

Request a refund within 30 days of your first payment on a new Professional subscription and we’ll refund it in full.

90+ PageSpeed Guarantee

For new Professional subscriptions, WOOHL guarantees that your live Vue.js storefront will achieve a Google PageSpeed score of 90 or above on both mobile and desktop within 30 days of going live.

If we miss this target, email [email protected] from your account email and we will refund your first payment in full. No forms beyond that email are required.

How we measure: Scores are verified using Google PageSpeed Insights on your live storefront URL after migration is complete.

Exclusions: Stores where our free pre-purchase Speed Audit flagged third-party scripts or configurations that make a 90+ score unattainable, and you chose to proceed anyway, are not eligible. Enterprise and custom agreements are governed by their own terms.

This guarantee is in addition to — not a replacement for — the general 30-day money-back guarantee below. If you are unhappy for any other reason within 30 days of your first payment, the standard refund process still applies.

What's eligible

  • Your first payment on a new Professional subscription, within 30 days of purchase.

When refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. Timing on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation vs. refund

  • Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of your current billing period. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
  • A refund returns money already paid, under this policy.
Cancelling on its own does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period unless you’re within the 30-day window.

What's not covered

  • Renewals. The guarantee applies to your first payment, not to subsequent monthly renewals. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Enterprise / custom work and any bespoke development, which is governed by its own agreement.
  • Requests made after 30 days.
